The wording of the CPSIA is terribly confusing, especially where it concerns individuals selling second-hand kids items (garage sales, ebay, Craigslist, etc.). My feeling is that giving items away, as is done on Freepeats and Freecycle, will be okay. I'm watching ebay and Craigslist to see what they do. I'll make an announcement at Freepeats the minute I know for sure that we're in the clear.
